Complaint Management System

Welcome to CMS website. As a new initiative we have introduced Integrated Electronic Complaint Management System (IECMS), which facilitates the lodging of MES complaints through Kiosks located at NausenaBagh, through telephones using IVRS mechanism and through internet using this Website. To use these mechanisms for lodging the complaints, user is required to key in two important identification numbers i.ethe complaint identification number (Also called complaint code) and the location identification number (Also called location code).

What is Complaint Code / How to find them?

Complaint Code is a three digit number assigned to each kind of complaint like “No water supply” , “Leakage in water pipeline” and “Fan not working” etc, each of these category of complaints will be assigned unique numbers such as 141, 147 and 167 etc. To know complaint codes for the specific complaint category click the following Link:

What is Location Code / How to find them?

Location Code is again a unique number assigned to each quarter across various buildings and locations, instead of giving all the details using this unique code one can easily communicate the quarter regarding which they are lodging the complaint, click on the following link to see list of unique location codes assigned to each quarter across various locations and buildings, for easy identification we provided a search based location identification where you need to select location, building and quarter name / number to see the unique number assigned to your location i.e your quarters.
